I NOSTRI SERVIZI PER I PROPRIETARI

Forniamo un servizio completo di gestione che sii occupa di ogni dettaglio nel processo di affitto della tua casa. Questo permette al proprietario di non avere pensieri sapendo che qualcuno si prenderà cura dell'occupazione e della sua casa.

Offriamo due formule:

Formula A:

PROMOZIONE, COMMERCIALIZZAZIONE E OBBLIGHI NORMATIVI.

Promozione e commercializzazione della proprietà.
Gestione delle richieste di prenotazione, delle prenotazioni e degli ospiti.
Gestione di tutti i pagamenti.
Pagamento regolari del tuo affitto con bonifico bancario al termine di ogni prenotazione entro il 10 del mese successivo.
Operiamo come sostituto d'imposta, tratteniamo la ritenuta del 21% sull'affitto e la versiamo per tuo conto allo stato e rilasciando Certificazione Unica per la tua dichiarazione dei redditi.
Comunicazione delle presenze degli ospiti alla Polizia di Stato.
Registrazione delle presenze sul portale Regionale ai fini ISTAT
Riscossione dal cliente della Tassa di Soggiorno se richiesta dal tuo Comune

Gestione delle richieste di prenotazione, delle prenotazioni e degli ospiti.
Gestione di tutti i pagamenti.

Tutto questo a fronte di una provvigione che è dovuta solo se la prenotazione è andata a buon fine.

OUR SERVICE FOR OWNERS

We manage a large portfolio of properties and this allows us to create a tailored marketing strategy to maximize occupancy with the right guests looking for quality housing and to offer them exceptional service.

We provide a full management service that takes care of every detail in the process of renting your home. This allows the owner to have no worries knowing that someone will take care of the occupancy and their home.

We offer two formulas

Formula A:
PROMOTION, MARKETING AND REGULATORY OBLIGATIONS.

Promotion and marketing of the property.
Management of reservation requests, reservations and guests.
Management of all payments.
Regular payment of your rent by bank transfer at the end of each reservation by the 10th of the following month.
We operate as a withholding agent, withholding 21% tax on rent and paying it on your behalf to the state and issuing Single Certification for your tax return.
Reporting guest attendance to the State Police.
Registration of attendance on the Regional portal for ISTAT purposes.
Collection from the client of the Tourist Tax if required by your municipality
